Kerstin Schroder (Ph.D, M.A., Freie Universitat Berlin, Germany) is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Behavior. She is affiliated as an Associate Scientist with the Center for AIDS Research (CFAR), the Nutrition and Obesity Research Center (NORC), and the Diabetes Research and Training Center (DRTC). Her research interests include substance use and medication adherence among HIV+ populations, theory-based and technology-supported risk reduction interventions, and research on dietary habits, nutritional balance, weight loss, and weight loss maintenance among the overweight and obese.

Dr. Schroder teaches courses on Advanced Health Behavior Theories and Practice and Medical Psychology.
