Research/Clinical Interest

Metabolomics/lipidomics, especially delineation of the Cox-independent PG synthesis mechanism, structure identification of signaling lipids/oxidized lipids using untargeted and targeted lipidomics. Bioactive dietary natural products in the prevention of chronic diseases such as diabetes and cancers, their metabolisms, and bioavailability assessment using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
